While working at a media consulting firm and living constantly on the move, John was staffed in China where he rekindled a long running fascination with the country. He decided to give up the jet set lifestyle and is currently working at a Shanghai-based consultancy and service provider in the healthcare industry.
John is interested in entrepreneurship, web technology, online media, finance, global markets, marketing, product development, psychology, anthropology, philosophy and politics. He loves to travel and experience different cultures, landscapes and cuisines. He dabbles in photography and music, and hopes to learn a smattering of Chinese over the course of the coming months and years.
